For most recipes, a single Organic Madagascar vanilla bean is equivalent to 2 tablespoons of Pure Vanilla Extract, or 1 tablespoon of Pure Ground Vanilla.

These vanilla beans are 5.9-7.9 inches. long, and represent a mix of the finest vanilla produced by family-owned farms and cooperative partnerships with local farmers – the cream of the crop. The Madagascar Organic Vanilla Beans are fragrant and full of seeds, with light-brown to reddish coloration and moist, flexible pods.
