Green Rooibos is the unoxidized form of rooibos (Aspalathus linearis), a shrub native to South Africa. Unlike red rooibos, it skips the fermentation/oxidation step, giving it a lighter color and milder taste. This blend adds peach, strawberry, and citrus.
