We're in Deer Isle Maine! We were in Olympia, WA for 53 years and we moved to Maine as of August 1, 2026.
We do not have a retail store per se. We have a limited retail presence on Fridays at 43 School Street in Stonington, Maine, from 10-12, when the Farmer's Market is on. We're in the old schoolhouse.

The Olympia retail store will be closed by 8/1/26. For the widest range of products, use the gift certificates by 7/15/26. After 8/1/26, Bucks will be online only, offering a good range of products, but fewer than now. Gift certificates will still be honored.
We pack and ship your orders ourselves, rather than outsourcing to a third party firm, so we can make sure we satisfy every customer. This is why our processing time is 3-5 days, depending upon the day the order is received. We are a small business.
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare, pack, and ship your products. You will receive a notification email to the email address or sms # on file. Once receiving the tracking # you will be able to track the package at any time.
We endeavor to ship within a few days of receiving your order.
Because some of our items are scarce or even rare, sometimes an item you have ordered will be on backorder. These items are clearly marked, so you will know before you order. We will communicate with you if there are unexpected delays. We try to ship everything at once, but we're open to shipping what's available now, with the backordered items to follow (at no additional cost to you).

We are not a medical or recreational drug dispensary of any sort. We sell herbs and spices and apothecary items. We sell no drugs of any sort nor do we dispense any medical advice whatsoever.
We are proud to donate at least 1% of our annual revenues to registered non-profits that support community causes that have a positive impact on our physical and social environment.
Previous receipients have included GRUB, The Nisqually Land Trust, The Blue Hill Land Trust, The Washington Trails Association, and others.
We accept unopened returns for 14 days after sale.
We're sorry, but we can't accept return items that have been opened, unless they are spoiled.
