A rich, earthy, and spicy blend of our favorite ingredients: birdseye chilis, fennel, cumin, fenugreek, black pepper, turmeric, and pandan leaf. This is based on the rich tradition of fragrant Tamil people recipes that have proven foundational to South Indian and international cuisine. Our blend is excellent with eggplant, lentils, potatoes, chicken, or lamb. The robust flavor of this curry powder carries equally well when used in coconut, tomato, or yogurt based gravies.
