Japanese Knotweed (Reynoutria japonica, also known as Polygonum cuspidatum or Hu Zhang) is a plant long used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, where the dried root is valued as a natural source of resveratrol. Our knotweed root is dried and cut for easy steeping or grinding.
