Green Matcha Tea

Green Matcha is a fine powder made from ground green tea leaves. Shade-grown gyokuro leaves are plucked, dried flat, and de-veined. The remaining leaf, called tencha, is stone-ground in granite mills to produce matcha.

🧂 How to Use It

• Add 1 teaspoon matcha per cup (or to taste)
• Pour a small amount of hot water (160-180F) and stir into a paste
• Add remaining water and stir or whisk until blended
