Flatbread with limited edition Pistachio Dukkah
Oven Temperature:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
### Ingredients for Flatbread (alternatively, you can buy some pre-made and skip to the seasoning step)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (additional for dusting)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons limited edition Pistachio Dukkah blend
- Additional olive oil for brushing### Prep Steps:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
2. Slowly add the warm water to the flour mixture, mixing as you pour. Add the olive oil and continue to knead the dough until it forms a smooth, elastic ball.
3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat your oven to the specified temperature and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat up.
5. Divide the dough into equal-size portions depending on the desired size of your flatbreads.
6. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each portion of dough into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.

1. Remove the flatbread from the oven and if desired, brush lightly with additional olive oil.
2. Sprinkle a teaspoon or two of then Pistachio Dukkah to your taste preference and to monitor the flatbreads while they bake as oven temperatures may vary.
