Oolong Tea ("black dragon tea") is a traditional Chinese tea produced through a process including withering the plant under strong sun and oxidation before curling and twisting.
Different varieties of oolong are processed differently, but the leaves are usually formed into one of two distinct styles. Some are rolled into long curly leaves, while others are 'wrap-curled' into small beads, each with a tail.
Its flavor can range from light to full bodied, floral to grassy, and sweet to toasty. The color of the leaves and the hue of the brewed tea can also vary from green to golden to brown.
