Here's a refill for the tin of Applewood Smoked Salt is a small flake salt. This salt is cold smoked over aged apple wood, imparting a slight smokey sweetness & subtle crunch. It's mild enough to use with fish & vegetable, but strong enough to pleasantly impact pork & poultry. It's really smoky, so if you like that, you're going to love this.
