Authentic handmade Oaxacan artesanal chocolate, used to make hot chocolate like only the Oaxacans can. Not candy. Dark. 7 tablets per order, 200 grams (1 oz per tablet).
Preparation:
Heat 16 oz of water in a pot. Before it starts to boil, add the Yerbero chocolate of your choice, one ball is more than enough.
Stir it around until it dissolves completely. Add sugar to taste. Beat the chocolate with a grinder (or Molinillo) until foamy. Serve immediately.
Tip: If you have leftover chocolate, refrigerate it for up to three days, reheat and blend to instantly foam.
