Curious Juniper’s Pineapple Jalapeño Not So Simple Syrup is a unique and delicious addition to any cocktail or mocktail. The syrup is made with all-natural ingredients including ripe pineapples, spicy jalapeños, and just the right amount of sweetness. The result is a syrup that adds a kick of heat and a burst of tropical sweetness to any drink.
One popular cocktail that can be made with this syrup is the Spicy Pineapple Margarita. To make this cocktail, mix 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of Curious Juniper’s Pineapple Jalapeño Not So Simple Syrup, 1 oz of lime juice, and a splash of orange liqueur in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a salt-rimmed glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a jalapeño slice for an extra kick of spice.
